Psychologist, perinatal psychologist
Psychological support during pregnancy and after birth
Pregnancy and the time after birth can bring many different emotions and changes to everyday life. Julia Augustyniak is a psychologist and doula who supports people through perinatal experiences.
Space for different experiences of parenthood
Julia’s work includes support during pregnancy and after birth, low mood, anxiety and crises on the journey to parenthood. There is also room to talk about difficult feelings that do not fit the expected picture of this period.
A consultation may explore your needs, changing roles, feeling overwhelmed or your relationship with a partner. You do not have to separate parenthood from other areas of life when they are connected.
